# Attach documents from object record to email

I’d love to be able to attach to an email (sending from HubSpot) a document (like a scanned in PDF) that is under the “attachments” section in a company, contact, deal, or ticket record. For example, when our A/R department attaches a PDF of a paid invoice, we’d like to be able to send it as an attachment to the customer along with a templated/snippet message from the deal record.

YES! This would save us me so much time. I have to constantly download the attachment just to attach it to an email in the same Deal. PLEASE SOMEONE FIX THIS!!!

Agree.

When adding an image or attachment in emails, surely ‘choose existing’ should pop up and offer us the items alreay in ‘attachments’ in the record?! Makes no sense and adds so much work to a simple email. Please fix NOW!

This feature would be DEEPLY USEFUL for my work and assist with communications between teams. It’s confusing that an existing PDF in a deal doesn’t fall under the “choose existing” option for attachments.
