# Associations API v4 Batch Operations?

The v3 associations API lacked some capabilities & has been superseded by the v4 associations API.  
The v3 associations API allowed for batch operations, however the v4 API seems to lack batch endpoints. For example, batch get deal-to-contact associations for a group of 50 unique deal IDs. Is this a documentation issue, or is there no v4 way to collect association details in bulk?

Hey, @TimMunro 👋 To clarify, the [v3 Associations API](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/crm/associations/v3), which contains the batch endpoints, is not replaced or depreciated. Unless explicitly flagged for depreciation on the endpoint page itself, these endpoints are considered stable and supported.

As a user of our documentation myself, I agree with you that having the Associations endpoint documentation and versions spread out across at least three pages is confusing.
