Hello, association labels are very important to our business so we can track relationships and associate activities to multiple objects in one step.
In activity associations (under settings), the criteria is “log to all,” “Log to 1 most recently associated,” and “Log to 5 most recently associated.” These settings can create associations that are incorrect. It would be far better to be able to use filters to set specific criteria for creating associations between objects.
There are also similar settings in other areas of HubSpot, such as workflows and reports, where these “log to last #” or “log to all” criteria stops short of being able to use more detailed filters. I hope this can be improved.
