Associating Outlook Emails to a HubSpot Ticket. Possible?

Hi,

I wanted to know if you can associate emails from Outlook with tickets?

We used to use Salesforce and their Outlook App let us associate emails to Contacts, Companies, Opportunities, Orders, etc…

Can HubSpot’s App do the same thing?

Hi @AGuidera,

Yes, this is possible, see the documentation here: Track and log emails with the HubSpot Sales Outlook desktop add-in

In the section “Logging emails” scroll down to the video. You can see the dropdown that allows you to associate emails to contacts, companies, deals, and tickets.
