One of our sales managers had asked if it would be possible to associate an activity with another activity.
Scenario: He had logged a call and would like to schedule a task that is associated to the call for easier/quicker reference to the call notes. Currently, you can only associate tasks to objects, but not to other activities.
I suggested he use the “Copy Link” function and add this to the task he is manually creating. That said, he suggested it would be nice to have a “Create Task” option under the “Actions” drop down on an activity that would automatically associate the newly created task to the already logged activity.
