I am using Sales extention and it is fully synced and working. However I sent an email last week, associated the email to a deal. I have used this same method with all my other deals and they work fine. This one however does not work, I have attached a screen shot here.
Steps:
1. Deal created through Hubspot
2. Sent an email to a few recipients, associated them to the deal created.
3. Calendar invites were updated to the deal but not the email that was sent.
Please help.
Hey @JKhow was this email sent a 1:1 sales email or a marketing email?
It’s confusing, but for some reason marketing emails don’t associate with the deal. From the KB here:
It’s just “call, one-to-one email, meeting, note, task, postal mail, LinkedIn, SMS, or WhatsApp”
So if this was a marketing email this would explain this.

Thanks for replying.
I am not certain if this was a marketing email.
What I do is to add all the emails in hubspot.
I then go ahead and send the email on my gmail with sales extension fully installed and in operation. I know it is working as all my other emails are syncs nicely to the deals.
Then I would create the deal with the emails and ensure they are associated, the time line for emails sync are always chosen to “all time”.
I have used the above steps for all my deals and I would say 80% of them works, at the time of this reply, 4 of them does not work and does not sync.
Very strange, I couldn’t tell you why this is happening without seeing the specific deals/emails to be honest. Hopefully someone else has seen this before!
