Associate Marketing Email with multiple records

I have set up marketing automation workflows based on a deal pipeline.

When the automationm triggers a marketing email, it would be very helpful for that email to be logged to the deal (in addition to the contact record, and maybe even company record).

Right now it is only logged to the contact record

I need this too! And also to be able to associate a marketing email with a ticket - both manually and via an email.
