# Associate follow up task to task queue

**What:**

When logging an email or activity to a record, you are already able to [create a follow up task](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/tasks/use-tasks#create-tasks-when-logging-an-email-or-call). It would be helpful to add the ability to associate this task to a [task queue](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/tasks/use-task-queues).

**Why:**

Customer tends to use task queues over any other task view in portal, which means follow up tasks easily get forgotten.
