# Associate Companies with Sequence Tasks

Hi everyone,

I’m Ana, the Product Manager for HubSpot’s Sequences tool.

I’m very pleased to announce that this feature has been Delivered! Tasks created by sequences will now automatically associate with contacts, companies, and deals — following the automatic activity association settings you’ve already configured in your account.

No action required if you’re happy with your current settings — sequence tasks will simply start following them. To review or update your preferences, visit Settings \> Objects \> Activities \> Associations.
