Hi all, I’ve set up a bunch of assistants in our Portal, and now I want to review usage, the chats that have been initiated by my users, the number of thumbs up vs thumbs down and the content provided by the assistants. In Breeze Studio, in the inbox, I can see what has been asked of our Agents, but that’s it. I need to report on the effectiveness of these new tools and if we are to provide access to these tools across our business, but without the reporting I cannot provide the ROI of these tools. Does anyone have a workaround for this, or is this feature coming soon? Thanks! ---

Hi @SBell49, The single best place to review usage is the Breeze Dashboard. Breeze \> Overview \> Dashboard \> Under Analyze, see usage broken down by assistant and by user, plus adoption and time-saved insights. The Breeze Dashboard shows the adoption assistant (& agents) and the users, but it does not list a thumbs‑up/thumbs‑down metric or per‑chat transcripts (content) on that page.
