Assistance with Adding Custom CSS to HubSpot Popup CTA

Dear HubSpot Support Team,

I have attached a screenshot of my HubSpot popup CTA for your reference. I am trying to add custom CSS to this popup to customize its styling.

I attempted to add the custom CSS by editing the page, navigating to Settings → Advanced options, and adding the CSS in the Header HTML section. However, the CSS changes are not reflecting on the frontend of the HubSpot CTA popup.

Could you please guide me on how to correctly add custom CSS to the HubSpot popup CTA? I would appreciate any assistance or steps you can provide to help me achieve this.

Hi, custom CSS for HubSpot popups usually needs to be added in your site’s main stylesheet or via HubSpot’s Design Tools, since inline header CSS often won’t override popup styles. Try targeting the popup’s specific class/ID with higher specificity .
