I am reaching out for support regarding the automatic synchronization of my contacts between HubSpot and Brevo. Despite multiple attempts, I keep encountering error messages when trying to set up the sync—both from HubSpot and Brevo’s platforms.
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
Manually added all my contacts to HubSpot.
Attempted to activate the sync from both platforms but encountered errors.
My goal is to seamlessly transfer my HubSpot contacts to Brevo so that I can initiate my mailing list. Could you please assist me in troubleshooting this issue and guide me through the correct setup process?

Could you share screenshots of the errors you are encountering from HubSpot? This will give the community valuable context to assist. Additionally, are you using the Brevo integration from the HubSpot Marketplace? This integration is configured like the other standard data sync integrations.
Hello Kennedy! First of all, THANK YOU so much for the time you have dedicated to me. I have been trying to make this work all day, and the process is very cumbersome I have now read everything again in detail. I was not able to initiate the sync from HubSpot (screenshot attached), BUT I think I was able to initiate the sync from Brevo! I now see some contacts, even if only emails synced. I will now try to sync phone numbers as well! But in any case, thank you for trying to help. It was appreciated!
Hi @MatteoGrosso - were you able to sync your contacts over?
If you still haven’t found a way to sync all contacts over—and if you’re upen to using 3rd party tools for syncing—our HubSpot-Brevo integration can sync data between HubSpot and Brevo both ways. Most property types are supported, including phone numbers.
Thank you Andrus! I was not able to initiate the sync from HubSpot, BUT I think I was able to initiate it from Brevo! HubSpot asked for a Brevo code that I generated, I added, but for reason was not accepted…
