Assigned Rep Meeting Link as redirect page after Form Submission

I have a client who wants to implement this process:

  1. Customer fills out lead capture form
    1. Lead is round robin assigned a rep immediately
  2. Lead is redirected after form submission to a meeting link specific to the assigned rep

So far I’ve tried creating a landing page as the redirect, with Smart Content on the meetings module that pulls from a Contact List (containing all of a reps assigned contacts). This did not work for me, however.

Any guidance or suggestions would be great appreciated!
