Assign list items to deals through import

Hi, I have uploaded deals through import and I now want to assign list items (products) to them. I have saved different products in hubspot and have downloaded them to get their Record ID. Now when I try to upload a table with Deal Record IDs and List Item Record IDs it won’t recognise the List Item Record ID.

How should I solve this problem? Is there a way to “bulk” upload list items?

Hi @Angoo,

When you say it won’t recognize the IDs, which error message exactly are you seeing?

Can you check whether your import file matches the requirements outlined in these sample files here? Format import files

  • Deals and new line items sample spreadsheet (with associated products) : XLSX or CSV. When importing in one file, you can only import one line item per deal.

Hi Karsten, thanks for your prompt response. Unfortunately, this did not solve my issue. I have saved some products and I have imported a list of deals using csv. Now, I want to link the deals to the products using line items. I have found out how to do this manually in the deals setting, but because I have a long list of deals I thought I could do it through the import function. Do you know how this can be done?
