We have a team that handles leads, which includes both full-time and part-time employees.
For example part part-time employees work Monday-Wednesday and full time M-F. We want to be able to have our lead assignment workflows to round robin all team members M-W and the weekend, then only our full time members Thursday and Friday. Right now we have to manually reassign any of the leads that go to the part time team member when they are not in the office.
We have an integration that will auto-text our leads and the text is sent from the contact owner. However, we can’t use this feature because if a text is sent from our part-time team member on a day they aren’t in (Thursday for example) we won’t know if there was a response until Monday since the text is sent from the leads owner.
