Hi @Alexandra. If I’m understanding your question, you want to have different content (or layouts?) on two pages that are using the same template. Is that correct?
If that is the case, then I would recommend adding a “Flexible Column” module to your layout and a marketer could customize the content they want on different pages that use the same template.
