I cannot explain the how or WHY but HubSpot randomly stops recognizing my space bar while editing articles. There is nothing wrong with the keyboard. I’ve even cleaned under the key to be 100% sure. This issue only happens while editing KB articles. I cannot reproduce it unfortunatley. It’s very random, so i’m wondering if anyone else here has had this issue since upgrading their KB. ---

It’s the 16th of July, and I am experiencing the exact same issue. The spacebar is working while I type this, but I can’t get it to work in the email editor. It’s maddening. ---

Looks like it’s an issue in Chrome on a Mac with Grammarly. When I disabled it, the spacebar came back to life! ---

Interesting! The issue happened to me in Edge, and I don’t have Grammerly installed in any of my browsers. Haven’t had any issues in the past few days, but I’ll post here if I see it happen again. ---

Note that I use the current version of Microsoft Edge with only one extension (password manager, not Grammerly). Still having issues as of today. Using Chrome. Have never had Grammarly installed. Space bar works perfectly fine everywhere, but regular, intermittent issues when editing content in HubSpot. ---
