ARR multipliers for sales target attainment

Hi All,

In order to promote multi-year deal’s being pushed by our salesforce, we want to introduce multipliers on ARR value for the salesrep’s target attainment.

Right now we dont know how to do this ion hubspot and any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Quick example calculations.

Salesrep 1: Target is 100K
1 year contract is ARR 10.000, TCV 10.000

3 year contract is,ARR 10.000, TCV 30.000

In order to make the salesrep achieve his target faster we want to incentivice them by given an 1.5 multiplier on ARR revenue if customer signs a MY deal.

So the example above will be

1 year contract is ARR 10.000

3 year contract is,ARR 10.000 *1.5 = 15.000 ARR (the basis for commision calculation)
