Are Forms indexed by search engines?

I am curious if HubSpot Forms are indexed by search engines? Currently we utilize the sharable form links, but we do not want these links to appear in search engine results.

There are about 29,300 results for a Google search for site:https://share.hsforms.com so yes, these forms can and often are indexed. I imagine that if they are not present permanently and not linked directly from other pages, they may not make it to the index, but it is definitely a possibility. Much better to embed a HubSpot form in a noindexed page.
