This has been brought up countless times, but I didn’t want to just tag onto older threads - but I can see this has been suggested since 2017.
Archiving would be incredibly helpful.
Deleting older deals means deleting the email chains that have been saved inside it. Keeping them in a closed pipeline section means that emails still try to auto tag them when that email pops up. When we do hundreds of deals with one company, this gets incredibly frustrating.
Being able to archive, not delete, would be incredibly helpful.
In addition to this: the ability to edit the auto tagging in the emails to NOT tag not just emails but properties - i.e. do not tag deals marked as ‘closed’
