Appointment object API

Hello,

I am working with the Hubspot integration and I would like to be able to fetch the Appointments object. However I haven’t found any relevant documentation on this object, which is not a custom object. When looking in the API guide under CRM > Objects, the Appointment object is not present in the list. One of the only place where it is mentionned is on the warning box of the Using Object APIs.

Is it possible to fetch all the Appointments like for the Deals, with an url that look like this : /crm/v3/objects/appointments ?

Thanks in advance

Hi @Arttt and welcome, it’s a pleasure to have you here!
Thanks for asking the HubSpot Community!
I am glad to see that you checked the documentation before posting, thanks!
Yes, new objects (e.g., appointments, courses, listings, services) must be activated in the HubSpot account before you can manage their records via API.
To retrieve an individual record, make a GET request to /crm/v3/objects/{objectTypeId}/{recordId}.
Can you confirm that you activated the appointment object then in your account, please?
Also, did you use the object library endpoint to confirm that they are activated?
To our Top Experts: Hi @sylvain_tirreau, @Anton and @zach_threadint did you use the API for the appointment object before, please?
Do you have any tips or any insights to share with @Arttt, please?
Have a lovely day and thanks so much in advance for your help!

Hello,

Don’t you want to talk about the meetings instead? If so, you can find all of this in the engagements:

Hi @Arttt

There is no direct API for appointments. You can use the engagement API to get the details if that solves your requirement.
You can also look into the meeting endpoints API, if that solves your problem.

I hope this will help you out. Please mark it as Solution Accepted and upvote to help another Community member.

Thanks!
