When sending an email from hubspot, it comes up on recipients side as "on such and such date at ___ time, this person said, then below it has the line down the side and quotes the previous emails.
This looks a bit ugly when sending it to a customer, is there some way that it can just look like you’re replying to the last email in the chain like it would when sending through outlook, with none of the quotation stuff?
