It sounds like your email marketing features were suspended?

This knowledge base article explains why your email sending might be suspended: Resolve email sending suspensions

For free CRM accounts the email tool will, unfortunately, remain locked after sending is suspended. Only paid accounts (Marketing Hub Starter or higher) can appeal the suspension. If you’re on a free account, this is not possible. (Don’t shoot the messenger.)

While the email tool will remain locked, you can continue to use the other tools in HubSpot.
