When I look at my app from my Apps Dashboard in Hubspot I see that they are “Verified” but if one of the users of my platforms tries to integrate with Hubspot from my platform for the first time it appears: “The application is not verified by Hubspot”.

Should I list my app on the Hubspot Marketplace to avoid this?

Even if the integration is only available if the user has an active subscription on my platform?

Thank you in advance,

Marco

Hey, @mmaddiona 👋 This is one the community likely cannot answer. You’ll have to decide if listing your app is the best choice.

I can tell you that you are correct that submitting your app for review will remove this flag. If you decide to submit, here is the documentation — [Listing your app](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/listing-your-app).

Best,

Jaycee

Hi @mayank-kamriya and a warm welcome from the HubSpot Community!
Thank you so much for sharing your screenshots, it’s always helpful to have those details.

To clarify, the search terms field in the Listing Info section is designed to make it easier for users to discover your app in the HubSpot Marketplace.

For your convenience, here are some helpful resources:
- [HubSpot Marketplace | App listing requirements](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/apps/developer-platform/list-apps/listing-your-app/app-marketplace-listing-requirements)
- [HubSpot Marketplace | Listing your app](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/apps/developer-platform/list-apps/listing-your-app/listing-your-app)
Just to make sure I understand correctly, are you unable to add terms, or are the terms you’re adding showing as invalid?

Let’s bring in some of our fantastic experts: Hi @evaldas, @HubDoPete and [@sylvain\_tirreau](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/601366) have you come across this before? Any tips you can share to support @mayank-kamriya, please?
Thanks so much and have a lovely day!

hi [@BérangèreL](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/230185)I am unable to add the terms, and sometimes the mouse becomes unclickable.

Hi @mayank-kamriya

Your screen should allow you to add your own search terms, but keep in mind these are ONLY for helping people to search for and find your app.

See my example for our DoCurrencies app. Here I could add ‘test’ as a search term too.

If you cannot do this on your screen, try another browser.

best

Pete

I am facing the same difficulty, but I have no interest in my application being listed on the marketplace. I only need it to be verified and not appear for the end user as if the app has not been validated by HubSpot. As shown in the images below:

 ![Niuco_0-1706538541933.png](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/2X/a/a83805612fda6b32abfb270b9103d200658595ab.png)

What should I do to ensure the message ‘This app hasn’t been reviewed or approved by HubSpot’ does not appear?
