# APIs for User Management

I am creating providers using Terraform in Go language. Please tell if there are APIs available for user management, i.e., I want to create, update, delete, activate, and deactivate user using HubSpot APIs, how can I do that?

I have gone through this [Accounts Dashboard | HubSpot](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/settings/user-provisioning), but it only shows me apis for read user. Can you please specify that does it provides apis for create, update, delete, activate, and deactivate users?

@Ashutosh , can you define activating and deactivating?

You can create and delete, but there is no activating, but maybe we are thinking about this differently

Deactivating a user is functionally identical to blocking a user, and activating a user changes the user’s state to active. So, for activating, there are no apis, thats fine. Please let me know apis availablity for deactivating users. I am having a problem in generating OAuth 2.0 authentication token using this reference [Working with OAuth | OAuth Quickstart Guide - HubSpot docs](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/oauth-quickstart-guide) . You can see what preview I am getting:
