# Api to send sales email

Can I send sales emails to prospects via Hubspot API, if yes can you please suggest the documentation?

Hi, @ANayak8 👋 Thanks for your question. You are not missing an option. We can use the [Engagements API](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/crm/email) to log emails to an object record, but it doesn’t offer an endpoint for sending 1–1 emails.
