# API connection issue

We have connected successfully to the HubSpot API for months with out any issues. Unfortunatelly, since yesterday, we have been unable to do so.

We are getting the following error.

Please let us know how to troubleshoot or who to contact for support.

Out of curiousity, if you made the request using postman or equivalent, do you get the error?

Also, I see that you posted your hapikey. Looks like you rotated it, but in the future, it is best not to post it at all.
