There is not an API that will list out the objects. Curious to know your usecase.

@CSwart asked a somewhat [similar question here](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/APIs-Integrations/How-to-get-default-object-schemas/m-p/522575) where I referenced the open api spec, but this also may be of limited value.
