# Any Wordpress Expert?

Happy New Year!

I have updated my [website](http://myweldingyard.com/best-welding-helmet) plugins recently and I am facing this weird issue that say critical error and owing to that I am unable to see the front end of my site.

This one is really killing me can someone please help me with the solution

Hey @CBurns0

Based on this [external article](https://www.webfulcreations.com/there-has-been-a-critical-error-on-your-website/)WordPress usually sends you an email with more information and helpful articles with steps to take which if it is not in your main inbox could be in your spam. It also mentions turning your debug mode on so that you can gather more information on where the issue originated and what file is causing the error.

As this seems to be a WordPress error on a website hosted by WordPress, I do not have access to investigate further, so I would recommend reaching out to WordPress support who have complete access and knowledge on this platform.
