A client still wants to have the option to hand out printed paper forms at live conferences and is curious to see if there is an app to set up a lead capture flow from a photo of a form into Hubspot.
So that the photo of the form would create or update any known contacts and populate the record with matched fields.
Any 3rd party apps anyone would recommend? Happy to explore!
Hi @moe1985!
Good morning! What a great idea! It sounds like you’re looking for a scanner app to scan a photo of your form and use AI to pull the data from the form fields in the photo into either HubSpot properties or an app that could sync into HubSpot properties, correct?
There is already a business card scanner in the event you are collecting business cards at your events in case that helps: Business Card Scanner App | HubSpot
If you’d like, I’d definitely recommend submitting your idea for a physical form scanner to the Idea Forum. Submitting this idea and upvoting it will give it a chance to gain traction with other customers and potentially get it in front of our Product team for future consideration.
I’m also looping in some subject matter experts in case they’ve come across any! @Brenner, @Edouardbrunetot are you aware of any apps that can scan a form and pull the data in to then be synced into HubSpot properties?
Thank you so much!
Best,

Hello folks!
Sorry for my delay.
Following @JessieS , I recommend you submit your request as an idea.
You can try to use the scanner app too.
If it doesn’t work well, you can try changing the form layout to help the scanner app by HubSpot.
Also, In a quick search here, I found this app, may be help you, but I’m not sure.
@moe1985 , hope I’ve helped you. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions
