Problem:
Currently, I can upload files using the HubSpot Files tool and link them in a quote. However, these attachments are not included in the actual quote PDF file. Directly embedding attachments into the PDF has only been possible so far as part of the e-signature feature.
This means: If a customer wants to download the quote as a PDF, they only receive the quote itself, not the associated attachments in a single file.
Desired Feature:
I would like the ability to select, when creating a quote, which attachments should be embedded in the final target file, independent of the e-signature feature. Ultimately, it should be possible to download a quote, including all selected attachments, as one cohesive PDF file from HubSpot.
Benefits:
- Customers receive all relevant information bundled in a single document without having to open separate links
- Less manual effort, as there is no longer a need to combine the quote and attachments into a single file independently (for example, using an external PDF tool)
- A more consistent and professional appearance when submitting quotes
- Usable for quotes without an e-signature workflow as well
