The current conditional logic system only supports simple single-condition rules. For admins managing more complex CRM setups, this creates real friction. Many business rules depend on combinations of criteria, not just a single condition.

Here’s my specific use case: I want to require that users populate certain deal properties before moving a deal to any of several later stages, but only for deals associated with a specific subset of products. That’s a straightforward AND/OR condition, but since it isn’t supported natively, I’ve had to build a workflow workaround that populates a null value on deals where the property doesn’t apply. It works, but it’s messy, complicated to maintain, and potentially confusing to others.

Adding AND/OR support would bring conditional property logic in line with what most rule-based systems offer and would be a meaningful upgrade for anyone trying to enforce data hygiene at scale. Would love to see this on the roadmap — and curious whether others have run into the same limitation.
