Does the CRM allow for hyperlinking of the events/notes/emails on a specific contact/company’s profile? It seems like such a valuable feature but I haven’t seen any way to accomplish it.
Would this be a feature request? If so, what are the chances?
Hi @briannespreedly That functionality is not built into the tool, but is a great suggestion. Can you head over to the ideas forum and add this as a post?
While feedback from a product manager or dev team member is not guaranteed, many posts do get commented on after submission.
