Hi, I’ve a question regarding the pop-up form feature. I created and published the a pop-up form last week (18th Aug). When checking the stats of that there are 469 views but for some reason the submission rate is 0% / number of submission is 0.

Under ‘Total form submissions over views’ data (Forms / Analyze / ) there are e.g. 12 submissions on 18th Aug (please see the attached screenshot #1). But when checking the number of submissions under the pop-up form’s there are 0 submissions.

In the pop-up form we’ve our team email address installed as ‘Link button’ and ‘Book a meeting’ installed as a call out button.

I assume these both actions should be tracked in the forms’ Submissions data: 1 When someone clicks on the email address and sends us on email, 2 When someone clicks on ‘Book a meeting’ button and books a meeting (via Calendly)?

According to our sales team we’ve already received few meeting bookings through the pop-up form but can’t see these metrics under the Submissions or Performance tab.

Furthermore the following metrics are not shown in ‘Submissions by source’ dashboard under Performance tab, although according to the information on your Knowledge Base (Analyze form submission data -page) these should be shown when using a pop-up form: Click-through rate, Form views.

We can only see these metric options: Source, Views, Submissions and Conversion Rate (please see the attached screenshot #2).

We’ve applied the following settings:

-The tracking code is automatically installed on our WordPress site because we’ve HubSpot All-In-One Marketing plugin installed.

-‘Collect data from website forms for Non-HubSpot Forms’ function is turned on.

- ‘Forms / Submission settings / Allow submissions without email address to create contacts’: Should this setting be turned on? Does it effect on the form submission data?

We’ve a free version; is the data we can see therefore limited?

Thank you for your advice.

Something doesn’t sound right in Hubspot if you are seeing submissions in the graph but not in the source area. Since you are using the free version I would probably recommend that you contact sales because you are on a trial of the free version and if they are unable to help resolve it would prevent you from purchasing.
