I’m using the analytics chrome extension and find that when I hit the “next” button when creating a new event, it will often load a blank screen in the extension. So I right-click to “reload the frame” and I have to start over again. It takes me several tries to actually get my event created. I have attached a screenshot. You can see the outline of where the chrome extension is but the controls/buttons are not visible.
Is there some setting I can adjust to prevent this from happening?
Here are some additional steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue with the HubSpot Analytics Chrome extension:
Confirm Your Login: Verify that you are logged in to your HubSpot account using the same email address associated with the extension.
Disable Conflicting Extensions: Certain Chrome extensions can potentially conflict with the HubSpot Analytics extension. Try disabling other extensions one by one to identify if any of them are causing conflicts. To do this, navigate to Chrome settings > Extensions, and toggle off other extensions.
Check for Conflicting Advanced Settings: Within your Gmail account, access settings > Advanced. Deactivate any advanced features that could potentially clash with the extension. Save the changes and reload your inbox to assess if the HubSpot Analytics extension becomes visible.
If the issue persists despite trying these steps, please proceed with the following:
Sign Out and Clear Cache: Start by signing out of all your HubSpot portals within your browser, and then proceed to clear your cache.
Log Into Your Portal accessing it via the app.hubspot.com login page rather than the extension.
Load the Extension: Once you’re logged into your portal, open a new tab and navigate to a page to see if the extension loads (it should automatically be logged in).
I hope these steps help resolve the issue you’re facing. If you require further assistance, please feel free to reach out. Your patience and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
