Alternative Fixes to Quarantined Emails

Currently, the only way to fix quarantined emails is to send a 1 to 1 sales email to the contact through a connected email and receive a response from the recipient to verify the email’s validity.

This poses a few problems for businesses like ours:
1. Due to compliance restrictions - we are not allowed to connect 1 to 1 emails to Hubspot nor turn on tracking. This effectively means we have no way to fix the issues.

2. We are allowed to log and track emails via Salesforce, which is integrated with Hubspot - but not to clone said activity. Because of this we know that many of these emails are valid because they are clients we talk to every day. Yet we can do nothing about it and are disabled from communicating with our clients when they actually want to hear from us!

3. Even if we were able to connect and log emails in Hubspot - As someone in marketing, its very inconvenient and uncomfortable to tell my sales team to randomly message a prospect or client if they have nothing to discuss with them, simply so they can get a reply from them. Creating an unnecessary touchpoint sometimes isn’t a good thing for a relationship.
I’m all for making sure people aren’t sending emails if someone didn’t sign up or their email is being used innapropriately - but…
There has to be another way!
