Allowing users to set their default email thread view to collapsed view within the Activities > Emails section of a record.
Currently, HubSpot displays email threads in an expanded view by default within the Activities > Emails section of contact, company, or deal records. This means you must manually click “Thread email replies” or the “Collapse all” toggle to collapse the full conversation thread for a cleaner view of the record activities.
Would it be possible to allow users to set their own view default to choose whether they wish to have emails populate in a collapsed/expanded view according to what meets their needs?
