# Allow ticket queue like task queue for sales

It would be great to be able to work through your open tickets similarly to the queue for sales tasks. I always have to go back to the table and it’s very slow and time consuming. It’d be ideal if there were settings - so you can pick the status or stage of the tickets you view (for example).

Hi there, I believe this idea would be great… aditionally I’m thinking on setting close dates based on the tickets you have, like waiting in a line for the cinema .

Zendesk has this. Our client wants to migrate from Zendesk but this is a big miss for them. A workaround involving task queues for tickets is just a hassle and extra layer of work.

This would be super usefull. Its a real pain having to navigate back to the pipeline to find the next ticket. Id like to have a ticket queue that I can work through all of the tickets with the same status
