I can’t be the only person who leverages calculated properties inside objects to serve as boolean flags for whether a particular condition is true and/or false. For example, when a deal closes, there’s a handoff process to our customer success team that requires that several fields be populated with data before a customer success manager is assigned. I have a calculated field that uses a bunch of &&'s & is\_known functions to test for whether they’re set.

When I’m creating the function, I use newlines as a way of breaking each condition onto a new line – this helps with debugging, visual inspection, etc.

However, when the formula is stored, those newlines are discarded and the result is a multi-line mess of parantheses, ampersands & text wrapping that makes it nearly impossible to edit and/or debug.

It would be GREAT if my formatting could be retained, so that I can maintain these calculations efficiently.
