# Allow Shareable Document Links without Specific Email Recipient

Document links require me to provide a specific recipient email to be created.

I want to do something very simple… to capture a lead list from everyone who enters their email to view a Document.

WHY is this not possible?

Apparently you can do it on Hubspot Mobile but not on desktop, for some extremely dumb reason.
