Allow non-Super Admins to receive payment notifications

As stated on the knowledge base, only super admins are allowed to receive notifications for when a payment is initiated or fails, when a payment is received, and when a payout is created or fails.
It would be nice to have more granular control of this for non Super Admin users.

This would be SO helpful for our team. I’ve got several users on our Finance team who should not have HubSpot super-admin access but need to receive these payment notifications. Looking forward to this becoming a future notification option!

This would be extremely helpful for us as well. Our sales managers need to know when a payment is made so they can initiate the contract. We can’t give them super admin access. We are having to setup outlook rules for one of our super admins so that the email can be routed accordingly.

I couldn’t agree more! Our Sales team needs to receive notifications regarding payments, but they should not have super-admin access. HubSpot, please make this change!!

This idea goes for ALL notifications (for tickets, etc…) we need to be able to control notifications for each role

Yeah this is so unbelieveably stupid, accounting - who would be most interested in getting these notificaitons - does not equal SUPER ADMIN **bleep**.

Agreed! Our accounting team members should not have super admin access but need to receive these payment notifications. Upvote x 10!!

:oncoming_fist: I do support this!

Please build this. Isn’t this just a tiny bit of code and switches?

100% agreed with everyone that this should be an option!

Yes. We have a member of our finance team that just needs a notification when a Payout is received (or fails, etc.). They really don’t use HubSpot beyond the occassional review of Payments. They are on the extreme “other side” of needing to have full admin permissions. Seems like a notification is so low-risk, why would HubSpot require the user to be a full admin to just receive a notification?

We just ran into this gratuitous limitation as well, please fix this!
