More than 60% of all meetings booked through our currently meeting booking solution have additional participants added, meaning we cannot switch to the Hubspot Meeting solution without issues.
This cannot be this hard to add!
With multithreading being the hottest sales topic in 2023 Hubspot has fallen very much behind the curve on this feature.
This is a great idea. Its needed, especially if you have contacts and you ar etrying to share information on a large scale in a TEAMS or Zoom meeting. It’s been over three years since this was placed on “not planned”. Whats the status now?

This would be an excellent feature that several of my clients could make use of. For example, I send out a meeting link to 10 people from the same company and I’d like as many of those 10 people to attend the same meeting.

@BDillard I heard rumours of ‘very soon’ (this year still). We have started the process to move away from Calendly as a result.

+1 on behalf of a customer looking to use meetings links to embed the scheduling widget on their WordPress site for multiple groups to book time slots at a holiday event that allows four groups at a time over 15-minute periods.
I see this wasn’t planned back in 2020, but was wondering if there’s been any further discussion on this since given all the interest.
Otherwise, you can look into other calendar integrations that have this capability that can feed meeting bookings and update contact properties in HubSpot in the marketplace. You’d want to talk to the third party app about the capabilities to book multiple people to the same time slot.
This would be great to have, especially if you are bringing a team to a conference and send out a marketing email to book multiple appointments.
+1 We need our CEO to auto add a specific internal email address to all meetings set up by leads in his HS calendar
Asking again for this to be considered. As a leasing company, we need to allow more than one person to select the same time slot for our group showings/tours. We’re having to use Calendly which costs MORE MONEY!!!

No I still can’t see it. I see the group and round robin options allow you to decide which of your colleagues join/ take the call but we need something that enables the booker to add their colleagues.
This really needs to be a feature on HubSpot meeting scheduler. Please add this!

We really need this well. We want to let users book themselves into a biweekly live demo meeting of our video training platform uQualio. Having the option to book multiple persons into the same slot would save us time and give us a smooth process in HubSpot.
With the new Customer Success features enabled within the Hubspot platform, this seems like a logical add on for many organizations that are required to do kickoff calls with customers, or training with end-users who may not be part of the purchasing cycle but who need to be trained/onboarded on how to use a product or service purchased. Would love to know if this might hit the ‘under consideration’ window again in the near future!
