I would absolutely love this! Working with 3rd party planning tools te organize a simple registration for an event is such a headache to get working within Hubspot Enterpise. The mapping of data is practically impossible with the use of business units. I had to set up such wonky workflows to make it kind of work.
For my usecase i would like to
- To be able to have people register to and event with timeslots over multiple days
- Limit the amount of registrations per timeslot
- Automaticly assign them the right Business unit
- Automaticly add them to lists or be able to filter people on activity property.
- Use workflows to set up auto confirmations and reminders

Marketing events are an essential part of marketing, (live events, parties, webinars, product launches, logistical appointments, etc etc)
We are a group coaching program. We onboard several clients at a time and need them to attend an orientation meeting. We need them to be able to register for an Orientation Call or a “class” so that we can ensure every person has attended and completed the full onboarding before giving them the access to the membership site. Therefore, we need a way to set up a meeting and allowing multiple clients to register for the same date/time and receive the same confirmation email with meeting link.
We recently moved to Hubspot and have been able to do this in our prior CRMs.
It’s been 2 years since this was maked as not planned, and in the current virtual business environment this kind of feature is a must.
@glencornell do you have any updates on this clients request? We would love to stick to one tool and have all the automations built internally in to hubspot rather than having side tools and run things through zappier… this couse extra work / expences / ingegration issues / potential data loss and lowers the perception of value we all get from the CRM…
Enrolling contacts in group meetings It’s a very common used tool in business, very needed for so many people! This tool could be used for running internal corporate meetings / schedule as well as group virtual gatherings with clients, prospects, leads…
We are currently using Calendly Group meeting types in our seqneucnes to do this, which is not ideal. We have group office hours and trainings with our customers where we invite multiple customers to join a meeting. The problem with Hubspot meetings is that if one cusomter books the time slot then other customers no longer see the meeting time slot. Another issue is when a customer in a sequences books the Calendly Group meeting, they are not unenrolled from the sequence because Hubspot will not allow external link clicks as an unenrollment trigger.
I personally would LOVE to see this option happen for meetings.
2. Allowing a single attendee to include multiple contacts/colleagues when scheduling a meeting. This might include an additional field within the flow to allow an attendee that is scheduling a meeting to insert the email addresses of colleagues that should also attend. Upon creation of the scheduling page, all of these contacts would be included in the Meetings experience. This use-case is likely more in-line with the way Meetings works today, and would hopefully require less effort by our team to build.
I would love to see the option of adding a CC to the meeting forms so that we can send the event notification and meeting booked to two people in our organization. If one can’t take the meeting them the other one would.
So as of mine, this idea now has 217 upvotes. Hubspot developers, what is the timeline for implementing this feature? It really **bleep** to have to integrate third party apps to allow for multiple contacts to schedule the same time.
An absolute must have feature. In fact it sounds like a pretty basic thing to have on a meeting scheduler. Calendly has it - it allows you to set a limit on how many people can book a certain time slot. I really hope Hubspot considers building this.
Need this!! We want to offer virtual group workouts on our site that ppl can just book through the widget on the website. Need members to be able to book the same “meeting”/timeslot

Any update as to having individuals being able to include other emails on the invite? Seems like a fairly simple addition. I know of two other schedulers that have this feature available out of the box on their free versions.
