The current **“Create Deal”** form only supports basic conditional logic. This breaks down for companies with multiple teams in the same pipeline.

**Example:**
We have different sales teams sharing one pipeline. All teams must select an **Order Type**.
But the follow-up requirements differ:

- **Existing Sales** need to enter a **Customer Order Number** that the new deal will replace.
- **New Sales** should **not see or fill** a Customer Order Number at all.

Today that’s impossible without either splitting pipelines or forcing irrelevant fields on some users.

### What We Need

- **Multiple “Create Deal” form templates** assignable per team or user.
- Or, **multi-layer conditional logic** (if X AND team = Y then show property Z).
