We have a scheduling team that schedules all meetings internally and are the “organizer” on a meeting.
1. We need the ability to have location selection options in a drop down select (to ensure address is consistent) - or allow snippets in this field.
2. Need similar meeting scheduler functionality from the external setup - to help guide the team member based on availability set by “host”.
Ex:
If it’s a consultation call - only show M, W, F calendar with approved/set times, buffer, etc. Could still have the ability to override, since it’s internal, but maybe only if the host has allowed override.
The meeting scheduler has a of of functionality for external users booking - but does not offer the same for internal bookings.
