This would be great for my team, we currently send reminder texts to our meeting participants manually because there is no option for date and time.
upvoting! would be handy to send reminders with the time, especially since meeting confirmation notifications cannot be customized.
Writing on behalf of a customer - they have a HubSpot intake form they are using prior to a customer’s onboarding kickoff call and are trying to send an automated email when the customer submits the form that says “thanks so much for submitting the form. We will review it prior to our kickoff call scheduled for _______________” we could use the date of last meeting booked with the meeting tool, but there are some rare circumstances when the onboarding specialist would book it manually so this wouldn’t always work. I tried building a workflow that says if a meeting is scheduled with this type, set a custom date property, but it only lets me set the date property to today’s date or a static date. So I’d love the ability to either do this with a workflow or have a date proeprty just exist that I can pull into the email as a personalization token.

Yes! It’s so counterintuitive to send a client a meeting confirmation and only send them the date! They probably already know the date. They want to confirm the time of the meeting. This would help out so much.

How is this still a limitation? The data is literally there just pull the time through too as a personalisation token! Trying to send a reminder whatsapp to my contacts but it just shows the date - ridiculous!
I really need this to help prevent against no shows for meetings - not sure why this isn’t already a personalization token.

This is STILL a problem. And a big one, in my opinion. This feels like very basic functionality that should have been implemented a long time ago. I don’t want to have to tell my clients that they have to invest in a separate tool or in Operations Hub just to get this one little feature.
I don’t understand why Hubspot doesn’t listen to their customers. It’s frustrating that this basic feature has been requested for four years without any action taken. Please do something about it.

In our context, we are trying to use the meeting links we have as personalization tokens in email templates. We use the meetings tool to schedule tours with our leads, so would like to have an email template be able to include the personalized meeting link of the sender of the email.
