There is currently no way to adjust the calendar on the “date part” function. Frequency is able to make use of the fiscal year, but if you need to compare fiscal years that do not start and stop with the calendar year then it is currently impossible to create a report that uses the “date part” and uses your fiscal year. It will always create the report beginning in January and ending in December.
