Currently, the custom configurations set for an object’s leftside bar do not carry over onto mobile. Additionally, mobile does not yet ever allow for external/custom-built integrations to be present on the object’s left sidebar whatsoever. It would be great if the mobile left sidebar could mirror what we see on desktop. 
This is a great idea and it should be part of the mobile app.
