# Allow for email template change

It is quite strange that it is not possible to change the template of an existing automated email. This feature is possible for other resources such as landing pages, but not for automated emails.

After contacting support even they were shocked that this feature was not available, quote: “_I’m not sure why they don’t offer that template switch like we do for landing pages I’m hoping we get that feature soon_.”

Please, allow for email template change on automated emails.

Agreed! There is so much basic functionality Hubspot lacks, it’s very frustrating.
