+1 on this, it would be very helpful
Hi everyone! My name is Hallie, and I’m an Associate Program Manager on our CXM team here at HubSpot. I’m happy to share that the ability to filter in the associated record sidebar cards currently is being reviewed by our product teams (cc: @noahmckeon)! Any future updates around the progress will be shared right in this post. Please continue to leave feedback/use cases in the meantime. ![]()
Hi everyone!
This idea’s status has changed from ‘Being Reviewed’ to ‘Idea Submitted’. This change is due to our improvement project to update our Ideas Forum statuses in order to provide better transparency into how we are listening to your feedback.
“Idea Submitted” means that our product teams are aware of this feedback and are monitoring the need for this feature alongside other inputs that determine their priorities & roadmap.
The product team has been exploring this particular feature, so any next updates on this will still be shared right on this post!
For more details about the statuses we use on the Ideas Forum & what they mean, you can read this community post here.
@hhiggins Hi Hallie, thank you. Filtering would be really helpful - even for tickets.
Thank you
Hans
Our scenario includes Contacts being listed in the Associated records on a Company. However, Contacts can be Disqualified, e.g. because they left the company. For historical purposes, we want to keep the contacts in the system and connected. Showing them as Associated contacts however clutters the UI.
This is a must have
Hi everyone! I’m digging into this request a bit deeper now, and I’d love to chat with a handful of users to ensure we’re on the right track.
If you’re open to a call, please DM me. Thank you!
Just adding a +1. For my use case:
We associate multiple companies to deals. There is a client company, multiple potential agency companies, and one of the potential agency companies will also become the selected agency company.
The association labels are visible in the current sidebar, but as someone else mentioned they are easy to overlook. Having three separate cards (one for each association label) would allow the team to work more efficiently and see at a glance that the correct associations are in place.
I’ve looked at building custom cards, but that feels like a large lift for something that feels like it should be possible in the UI already.
Hello! The product team confirmed this is in development. Keep an eye out here for future updates on its release!
Hi everyone! I’m Kristen, the Senior Product Manager for CRM Records and Cards. I want to thank you all for your valuable feedback. I’m thrilled to announce some exciting news: You can now filter association cards on CRM record pages to quickly find the most relevant related records. For complete details, please see the Product Update here. Thank you for helping us continuously improve CRM Records!
Great news. Thanks for listening!
what we are missing here is the association filter to be set as a standard filter, instead of a quick filter. Than we can standardize it
